1. Attunement Scan (up to 7 days): Align tone, pace, constraints; collect key artifacts; AI readiness check (data sources, privacy/guardrails, quick-win candidates).
2. Flow Audit (up to 14 days): Map current → target value streams; pick the first two bottlenecks; AI automation audit (task candidates, ROI heatmap, risk/PII review) and select 1–2 assistant pilots.
3. Pilot Sprint (14 days): Ship two outcomes (e.g., clean backlog + sprint cadence) and stand up a lightweight assistant micro-pilot (e.g., standup summarizer or intake triage) with clear acceptance criteria.
4. Build → Operate → Transfer (~90 days): We lead the rhythm, codify AI playbooks + evals, and hand you a self-running machine with simple governance.

We price for outcomes and leadership. Retainers include weekly ships and a simple operating rhythm. If you need more than the guardrail in a given month, we charge a clean blended overage at $175/hr—no surprises.
